A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is handled by the outside provider that supplies the results. Perrysburg Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. A message sent to us contains only the information in that message and is used to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Hosting systems create normal logs such as IP address, browser type, page views, and timestamps. We review this data in aggregate to maintain the service and understand general page use. Cookies or comparable technology can support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
The limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, aggregate traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to Wood County and Ohio record portals, library collections, archives, and outside search services. The privacy rules of each destination govern information submitted there. Sponsored results are also provided by an outside company.

Hosting and support providers process the technical logs described above. Analytics and advertising partners may receive that automatic data. Information is disclosed only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Safeguards
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no site accounts, no account password or visitor profile is maintained here.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a visitor under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data this private service keeps about you. Because the service retains very little, such a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then removing applicable information. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Ohio, Wood County, or Perrysburg offices are outside this service’s control; direct a request about those records to their custodian. Ohio Revised Code 149.43 governs public-record access, including its exclusions.
